Lost everything while inactive

Looking through my events while I was inactive saw a trade that traded all of my personal items, doing the math calculating to around 200 million dollars in value

i was completely inactive and a trade somehow happened and the other person was given all of my items and I was given nothing in return

what should I do?

edit: last time I was active was December of 2015 from looking at my starts and this trade happened in 2016 and I have not play in basically 9 years

I mean, if you didn't do it, you could report it. but given the other account has been inactive for 2656 days, there's probably nothing staff can do. Are you entirely sure you didn't just give them the stuff with no intention on returning, and not remember it? - this seems more likely to me tbh. In any event, if you feel your account has been accessed by someone else, by all means change password, enable 2fa (two factor authentication) and self report, and report the other account. Doing the math on the cans of stuff alone is 115m maybe It’s closer to 150 mil

And I know for sure I never would of done that after spending days playing this game, I always just save games for later when I feel like getting back into them 

Are you sure you didn't decide to quit and give your stuff away, and now regretting it?? I'm sure it happens all the time...

Either way, unfortunately I don't think anything can be done. Scamming is legal. No way to prove someone hacked you, and password security is the user's responsibility.

I wasn’t even really mad about it until I did the math on how much stuff and value I had then I I was like damn I have nothing now, have to completely restsrt

I mean there's nothing you can do but it would be interesting if staff still had logs of anything at that time and do a quick investigation. Luckily it wasn't actually a great deal of money, you can recover that in a few weeks. Even the Christmas event you can get it all back easily.

Maybe there’s a small chance they’d look into it for me 

Check your logins in the log, see if there's any unrecognizable ip around the time you made the trade

Edit - Staff Harassment: Not allowed to mention the player's name.

A player managed to acquire some private info of mine. Funny how they have these huge security features for logging in and changing your email address, but they're not able to prevent these kind of incidents where players lose all their stuff and get negatively exploited by other players!

Check your log history and look for details of everything that happened before and after the trade

I mean I think I played heavily for a year straight I put like 19 days into and then I got busy with life socirnisnalot lost

Using your inactive refills in Halloween will recover this amount quickly. 

Id suggest that.
