dont listen to people, selling it gives you a massive debuff, just give it to me and ill dispose of it safely
(im kidding, tell them to sell it to a reputable trader, id suggest seven0666, Ballig, weav3r, or baldr, if you sell it to someone outside those make sure they self hosp so you dont get trade mugged)
There are plenty of traders like myself that do buy them.

Caesium-137? Not even the fun kind of caesium, best throw it into the river.
Serious answer though, sell it, it'll give you a nice cash boost. Just be aware who you're selling to in order to avoid buy-mugging
I'll take it for you, it gives you a massive battle stat debuff if it's in your inventory
