it seems that if a hit is parried, rage is not allowed to proc.

as far as I am aware, rage is independent of whether it hits or misses.

but here, a parried hit does not let rage proc at all. I used a 17% rage for the fights above, and surely atleast once rage would've procc'd in that many hits.

i think the mechanics should be 1st rage proc? then individual procc'd hits have chance to get parried depending on parry %

when rage procs, individual turns can hit or miss depending on speed/dex/acc - a proc on hit does not mean all procs are hits or all are misses. - which is how it should be.

Then why is it any different for the case of parry?

ppl use rage to hit dex whores. coz on a proc of say 8 turns, there's a chance u manage to get a hit (essentially giving u more than 25 turns in a fight to hit them)

if that is not the case, and u need a hit to proc rage, then rage is a useless bonus

This is essentially same implementation as I mentioned in this report. Multi-hits can only proc if the first hit went through. If the first hit was blocked because of EOD or, in this case, Parry, then Rage/Fury cannot proc. This is down to system limitation. If we allow Rage proc before Parry check, then EOD will be broken again and will look like the logs provided in the other report. We do not have a way to implement checks for each row of Rage/Fury.

Does this also apply to the Gents Strip club special that dodges attacks?

Ie. Is it a 25% chance to dodge all melee damage per turn, or 25% per strike?
