Hello all. Making a post in appreciation of George. I think everyone knows about baldr (if you dont, look up his beginner guide) and appreciates his helpful advice starting out, but I dont often hear about george. If you arent aware, george is the npc who helps you out early, showing you the ropes and giving you your first few missions. But even after that, he remains an AI chat bot. 

    You can ask him anything, and he will give you helpful advice and links to the forums and wiki relating to your questions. It's nice because when you have a stupid noob question, as most of us have sometimes, you can ask him instead of bugging guildmates about the simplest things or going in the global chat. So, here's to George and his vast knowledge.

If it wasn't for George. A lot of people here would lose their mind and constantly be ranting and thumbing down the poor noobs that dare ask a question.
ALL HAIL GEORGE!

(he's pretty good but for some things, he is 100% useless. I think georges need to be fed new info to be able to answer some of the questions.)

George never helped me one bit.

 

Edit: Lol at the neg rep. I was in the game for 10+ years by the time George was introduced :D

That's pretty cool, been playing since this summer and never realized this was a thing.

 

For those of you that are clueless like me, you can start a chat with George just like you would any other player, and he will (try) to answer your question.It seems to have issues similar to the older AI models (prematurely giving an answer as soon as it finds any part of the question, then tossing out the rest) so I think he needs an update. Example:

Hi George, i work at a 7-star property broker. what should i use job points on, job satisfaction for happy jumps or do i risk 150 pts for a random property?

Use your job points on the Job Satisfaction perk, bucko. It's a verified special that'll help with happy jumps. Ain't no option for random property buyin' in the game.

what about Insider Trading?

Sure, Insider Trading's a 7-star Property Broker perk that costs ya 150 job points. You get yourself a random property! Just make sure to check out the Property Broker page for more details.

I'd say he can easily answer 50% of Q&A, the other 50% he'd get a bit wrong, or not at all. Some solid questions up in there lately.

Yup. Sorry, ive played a few games with guilds, crews, factions, and teams. I mixed them up, my bad. Ill leave my mistake up there because whatever, but I meant faction, not guild.
