Is it legal to buy items on item market and sell it for a much higher price?
Even if you buy everything up what has a lower price, so people have to pay a high price for simple items like: Box of Tissues, CPU's, eCPU's, PSU's and Credit Cards?
Feel free to react on this post and say what you think wether it is legal or not.

No that's called price gouging and it's very illegal here. You must buy for a high price and sell for lower
