You have 46 enemies and you're a barely active account. Yes, you should start over. When you restart- don't tell anyone you're a restart. Use it as a chance for future you to be less of a knob than past/present you.
When you restart:
1.) Work on getting to level 15 as quickly as you can.
2.) Join a 1m+ respect faction (this is where you'll get the mentoring help you seek.)
3.) Stop creating so many dumb threads. Really and truly- stop creating threads in general and instead read threads.
