Hey, since Torn anniversary header-root is not showing in my browser, tried disabling all add-ons and userscripts, cleared cache and cookies and still no go.
Tested in Chrome and its showing properly.

Im using waterfox 2020.10 release
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Inspecting the source header-root its empty

This makes it hard for me to login or use the top bar for any other thing as its missing on this browser.

I don't have any pending marriage proposal neither the other player.
And none of us is married.
