Sadly I don't really have friends on here, so I just ended up going to South Africa and mugging people there. I was able to finish the mission pretty quickly that way.

Hey thanks for the tips everyone I did manage to find a target abroad. I havent been training as much lately as I've been busy, but I'm keeping up with missions, I've only failed one so far. It was one where I had to lose against a very weak opponent, I forgot what it was called.
