I have completed ALL the education available. I don't seem to be getting the positive effects from various Personal perks. I have figured the extra strength,speed,dexterity,and defense and they are correct from Education and Merits. The battle stats corresponds to the correct + amount on those.

For example in Education(ED) I have +10% Neck hit damage and I can not see that at all. My Merits of + rifle dmg/acc and + pistol dmg/acc is non existent and I am suppose to have that also. I have a +4% critical hit rate which I don't see evident. Plus +1% gains to the gym, strength, speed, dexterity, defense and +5% critical hit rate which again I don't see at all. That is just for starters there are about 13 more I am suppose to have and do not have. What are your suggestions and who do I need to talk to about this?

Hey I've been logging in daily like I'm supposed to be but it's not giving credit for it and having to double pay rent on PI I have screenshots to prove I have logged in.
Who needs to know about this?

Hey I have been getting on everyday and paying my up keep on my PI but there has been two different times I have had to pay double and I know good and well I have been on that day and paid it. Any help is appreciated.

I have just recently started playing on a daily bases and yes I know I have not done alot of attacking or defending but still if I have a personal perk that is say +10% neck hit damage I think I should be able to see that when I am attacking don't you?

Because I usually get up around 5 am and login when school is going on and pay my upkeep and then usually get on again in the afternoon sometime but I have paid it 2 times on two different occasions.

Yes I do but they are not showing up or being used in my stats and such

Why did I lose this? This person is way below my level and the items why are wearing are not as good as mine but I lost! HOW?

Hey I have been trying to complete a bounty mission for Duke and it won't let me I have completed three separate bounties each was for $100,000 but with no completing mission showing up. HELP!
