Slutting Competition, what's that?

From 26/02/15 - 05/03/15 I will be holding a slutting competition! That's two weeks notice, should get you prepared!

Within the above dates, it's open season when it comes to losing to me and I will be logging every loss against myself.
The best sluts (those with the most losses) will be entitled to a grand prize. There are three grand prizes up for grabs alongside some good incentives to just participate.

What prizes are you offering?

I'm offering $200,000,000 + in cash and item prizes, listed below:

1. $100,000,000 + Donator Pack
2. $50,000,000 + 10 Xanax
3. $20,000,000 + FHC

But it doesn't end there:

• for every loss/stalemate I'll pay you $300,000.
• I'll be giving everyone who achieves more than 28 losses (For non donators, that's just 2 full bars of E + 2 Xanax) a 10% bonus. For example, X has completed 30 losses: $9,000,000 (Slutting cash) + $900,000 (10% bonus)
• every user involved will receive a number from 1 - X (I'll mail you your number, sorry you can't pick it). At the end of the competition I'll use a random number generator to choose a winner of small prize. The prize will be calculated using: total losses * 50,000

• The competition will be held from 00:01 26/02/15 TC Time - 23:59 05/03/15 TC Time, any losses outside this will not be included in the totals.
• All losses completed throughout the week will be logged. Payouts for these will be the same day as all the other prizes: 06/03/15
• Just to clarify, I will not pay out for any losses until Friday. This is in place to prevent fresh multis from participating and having an unfair edge over legitimate contestants.
• Sorry to say, but although I've added my own little spin on things this idea is not originally mine. I saw MattyB do this a couple years ago.

This morning my good friend, founder and keeper of dChurch Jesus - Torn City's greatest level holder had after a brief, almost insignificant skirmish within the New Players Chat been banned indefinitely from it, without any chance of redemption.

Already at a massive disadvantage due to his playstyle, including not being able to partake in the majority of casino games, voting on Mr/Mrs Torn or flying, New Players Chat was a privilege that Jesus enjoyed. With this gone and no option for him to be allowed into Global chat it appears to be the case that Jesus is in every sense of the word, pseudo-chat banned. While he can communicate with other players directly, in faction chat and in trade chat he now lacks a medium to which he can connect to the rest of the Torn world.


Why was Jesus banned?

According to bogie, Jesus' decision to hospitalise new staff member Bapki was the 'tipping point' and action had to be taken against this tyrannical monster who was terrorising NPC. No prior warnings were given, and this was an isolated incident whereby a new staff member - who Jesus had no knowledge of being staff was attacked.

Bogie later cited that Jesus' actions (a single attack on a new, 350 day old staff member) were "detrimental to a new players experience" - ignoring the countless members of NPC Jesus has nurtured and groomed to become upstanding members of the Torn community.

What are the communities thoughts on this? Should an obvious mistake by Jesus warrant such punishment?

I think this might be the most accurate so far. Walls are hugely dependent on activity, though after their recent showing I would definitely place MMCP in tier 3.

Highest pay gets me

This, 1000%.
Small changes like allowing for members to be ranked by CE when planning helped remove the tedium of ranking members, which I was all for as ranking was boring and needed to be done every time a new member joined.


However, by putting figures on CE values it removes the “fun” so to speak, of planning OCs. It absolutely makes them more efficient, which I suppose is good? But part of the fun in them right now is seeing those surprise fails and working on them so you don’t see a repeat of it in the future.


If the CE figures were released, it would standardise one of the only parts of Torn that is still ambiguous and hotly debated.
