Firstly, if you have 100k+ in ANY stat pay is at least 1.3M
I need:
1 Manager - 40k MAN + 25k INTEL
Pay: 500k-1.5M
1 Consultant - 100k INT + 50k END
Pay: 1.2-1.5M
1 Photographer - 60k INTEL + 25k END
Pay: 800k-1.3M
All pay values are scaled to your stats. If you are interested in one of the spots available, please mail me personally with your stats in the message. All I ask for an employee to do is be active daily and rehab if they take drugs and fall below four stars.
ALSO - If you do not have stats higher than the listed values above, please still mail me if you would like a job in my company. I am also looking till fill positions for players with lower stats. Pay is still good and negotiable. Mail me if interested.

At face value these two statements are the same and one could deem them as "stupid" in their redundancy. But in the context of Bogie's post, it makes perfect sense.
If Vicodin, for example, is changed to increase energy gains by 100%, then it would be 5 energy every 300 seconds, or 1 energy every 60 seconds. This, from what Bogie said, is a lot easier to implement in the newly proposed system.
EDIT: Not to mention the fact that this new system would do away with those pesky energy cans giving non-five multiples. Now I don't have to waste those 3 (or whatever) energy. (EDIT done)

You may want to make a side note that she is against time zones as well, in case you need a reminder as to why she is racist.
Do i reset my merits a lot? Yes. Is it a better investment than the current points market outlook? Yes.
This would be helpful for those employees that "forgot to check" their mail about rehab etc. rated+
So here is the way I would explain it... Stat growth is exponential below 50m and (more or less) linear above 50m. In addition, at higher stats, your happiness influences gains less and less. A player's ability to quickly get to 50m stats will only help their long term growth. The longer it takes to get to 50m stats, the longer away you are from solely taking xannax and being less happiness dependent.
If you think of an exponential curve from 0 to 50m, the more happiness you train with, the steeper the expoential curve gets to that 50m mark (and therefore the less time it takes to reach 50m).
Sitting at billions of stats myself, it would not make sense to plan around using this book. Happiness is useless to me (more or less). If I was a noob, I would plan to dump a large sum of $$$ around using this book to quickly get to 50m stats.
