Are you referring to the level awards? If so this does not show your progress within the current level. It shows your current level compared to the level required for the award.

Example:
I am level 43, next Medal is at level 45.
43 is 95% of 45. So since my first day as a level 43 I have been at 95%. This percentage will only go up o 97% (or 98%) as I reach level 44 and then remain unchanged until I am finally level 45 and get the medal. 

On a sidenote I think the lack of this function might be due to players holding level. They would eventually pass 100%, something that typically could be problematic when programming the UI. The holders would perhaps be the one's most in need of it, as it is hard to know where you're actually at after holding for a while.

I joined a custom race the other day, and after it finished I got up the normal "race report". The race is registered in my event log at 2017/09/19 at 2:25:03 PM

My problem is that the button to join a new race is not there. So I am stuck here, with no possibility to join a new race.

Switching to custom events will bring up the excact same frame, only with the top banner changed from "Official events" to "Custom events". I do not recieve any error codes or other info suggesting something is wrong.

• I have tried it on Edge and Chrome, with the same issue.
• I have logged off and on without it changing.

Could someone please look into it?

Update:

I can not guarantee that the log entry i referred to is the actual one where the bug came into play. It probably isn't, as the log entry says I won, while the result list I am stuck at shows me at 2nd place. They were both on the Uptown track, so I didn't take notice at first. If it is not this one, no log entry has occurred on the last race.

This evening I noticed a weird ting about RD_'s bazaar.
I was searching the item market for Kodachi swords, and his bazaar came up with the best prize in the search. I scrolled a while to find the first swords, priced significantly higher. So i scrolled on to find another batch of eight Kodachi's with the price I had seen in my search.

Being a cheap bastard I then noted down the stats to see which one gave best value for money and made my purchase. For no particular reason I then went on scrolling, and eventually found another seven Kodachi's. Since I still was a cheap bastard I started noting down the stats again to see if I could make a better buy, just to find that they had the excact same stats (minus the one that I've already bought). Needless to say this is not statistically likely, so I am pretty sure the same items are shown repeatedly in a "never ending" scroll.

For the record I checked that I had not reloaded the bazaar, and the size of the scrollbar indicated that I was far down on the item list. 

I converted 1600 JP resulting in $18.096.000 = $11.310 per point. So it doesn't seem to pay better per point when spending in bulk.

I came to the same conclusion, I do it more for the variety it adds. But stuff like this is just annoying.

Does anyone know if I will have a similar reputation drop (as for failing) if I choose to decline a mission?

I had a mission that required me to take down a guy in South Africa with a rifle within a time frame. Seemingly it turns out my ammo locker is not travelling along with me, so a 10 hour flight is required to reload...
