On Wednesday Oct. 7th, 2015 I order a donator pack for $5.00 and I didn't receive it. Also it did go thru my bank on Oct. 8th, 2015 on a Thursday, and it is now pay for thru paypal and now I don't have 30 days on my donator pack. Is there a bug issue on this matter? If not I would like to have my money return back to me. This is a urgent matter.

hi i know that you are working on lots of bugs that need to be fix. I have a problem and that is the crimes i do one and i get the money. and the other two i don't get the money at all lost about $60,000 so far. I just notice yesterday. I it can be fix i will be very happy.
