Every stat is helpful. Torn is a long game. It's never too late to train a stat.

Make use of "420 day" event in April. Use only cannabis during that event. OD chance is tripled.

Edit >>> during 420, asking your faction to remove the OD risk reduction perk might also help.

Last year, the income per attack was ~1.6m while can of munster was around 1.5m (30 e with max voracity) . So it was slightly profitable.

Even if it just breaks even this year, I would still use cans for more attacks because i might get lucky and Cat in Hell procs with those extra attacks xD

It's not a fixed amount. Damage depends on BS ratio of you and your target, his armor rating and the part being hit. Penetrate just reduces the armor effectiveness. 

I'm sure there is a math formula behind it but would be too complicated for me xD.

1. Train the stat with highest gain. ( You can later train other stats when u unlock better gyms. They will catch up faster)
2. Saving for future jump is more cost-effective.

No, you cannot lose the details by keeping them long time.

Also, it is better to sell them in bulk because you can earn more.

Let's say you buy a PI with 550m ( 2600-2650 happy including airstrip).

35% ROI x 550m = 192.5 m (1 year profit)

There are 52.14 weeks in a year. So weekly profit is 192.5/52.14 = 3.69m

For you to be able to give out 3.69m weekly, you need to rent that PI for at least 527k daily (No profit for you yet).

I believe you need to get some profit, too. So the rental price would have to be around 650k-750k.

Players can rent better PI if they spend 650-750k.

How about the days when the PI is just sitting on rental market without earning any income? 

So I would like to ask.. How can you be so sure about the flat 35% ROI?

what's the point in various types of mission if all missions give similar reward? You have easy ones like sending a gift to Duke, copy paste a message to someone, use items in jail and hosp, etc. The easy ones balance out the hard ones.

You can always decline a mission if you think it is not worth the effort. 

edit : there involves no skill & gear in the easy missions I mentioned.

nope... u aren't unlucky. It's just RNG. Overall OD rate is about the same for everyone without faction upgrades.

Having more OD now means you will have less OD later.

It is good if you plan to use rifles as main weapon long term. But are you sure that you'd use only one rifle coz there are so many types of RW weapons with different bonuses.

Another point  is that 7/10 is good enough. The first 7 upgrades cost only 28 merits while the last 3 upgrades costs 27. You can put that 27 in another branch to get 6/10 (7/10 if u can add 1 more merit).

Personally, I would get my main weapon to 7/10 and then spread the rest in battle stat passives.

You said u blacklisted him. did u also refuse to sell things to the blacklisted?

I mean, if he can't buy the item, he might know that it's you coz you are online at the time. This fact alone makes the mugging much easier.
