I post this late, as I didn't want this to compete with the pride crowd's celebration of their identity, some people online have already made this an us vs them issue online, which shouldn't be the case.
The mental health of men has been steadily declining across the west for a multitude of subtle reasons over the past decades, driven to the extreme by dating apps and onlyfans (no hate for the girls, I respect the hustle), so I want to ask all you reading this, go ahead and check up on your buddies, send them a funny video, meme, meet them for a cold one, whatever applies.

As to how OC 2.0 will look, my guess is that it will award items, at least partially, and possibly require items (finally some use for Forgery) further reducing the profit.
It will lead to creation of more Noobtrap factions promising OC split to lure in more noobs to abuse and profit from.
There will be massive outcry in the GD about these changes, retards will come out from the woodwork to tell us to "give it a chance before judging it" not realizing they're talking to people who can use both halves of their brain, and don't need months to comprehend a simple problem.

Anyone who can rub more then 2 braincells together will find out that selling couple losses to afford Xanax and maybe DP is objectively better since it leaves you with more E to use on leveling then if you didn't. Also sometimes the juicy targets might no be available so you can sell couple of losses instead of going for low exp.
Just don't get scammed or lowballed and you'll come ahead of others.
PS: Also old players forget that at the start, Happiness has massive impact on stat growth, to the point where you can skip month(s) of training in a single happy jump, the idea of incrementally exponential gains and free passive income is so ingrained in them that they can't comprehend new player circumstances and optimal gameplay.
When bogie falsely accused multiple players of real life crimes he fabricated, even saying he will get police involved, in order to justify to us their fedding over a forum fight he himself started, never apologized, never made it right, never stepped down. The only reason I'm still here is that this is the last game I play with my friend of many years (who recruited me to the game), and the good people in Monarch make it more tolerable to stay here.
I'd like to refer you to the Guides section of the forums because you clearly have holes in your understanding of basic game mechanics.
Mugging works by giving the mugger % of the money you have in your wallet, in the guides you will find out how to protect your money from getting mugged and much more.
It was kinda interesting the first time (first time ever, not first time per scenario), got old really fast, I wish I got the option to disable it so I just see the result without extra steps like in the old system.
The problem with it is that it has absolutely no tie to the gameplay, it's just windowdressing, and without substance it lacks any meaning and becomes just a superficial waste of time.
Do join a faction asap, but do NOT join faction that doesn't have at least few hundred thousand respect, not only do they not provide necessary perks, but faction without solid amount of respect that is recruiting newbies is a gigantic red flag, either the leader is clueless and incompetent, which will damage the member's gameplay, or they're looking to abuse newbies, which might not be worse, but it's still bad.
I'd aim at 400k respect at minimum but do try to to get into a faction above 1 million respect, there are many who recruit even fresh newbies and the amount of respect a faction has is to a significant extent a measure of competence of the leadership, if they can't afford or aren't willing to buy a shell with at least 500k respect, they have no business leading a faction.

I didn't collect single egg last year (I was lazy to install the plugin to be able to click thru all the obscure pages, honestly shit event design), this year I found like 3 after flying to multiple countries, I should've found at least a dozen by now just for the last year's eggs.

Yes, there needs to be a Staff manager. It's not like it needs to be a complete third party. Someone who doesn't use their power to get a leg up in the game and is as fair as possible to both players and staff would be the best option. An Ombudsman is a little overkill since it's a browser game, but there does need to be less biasin the team and more accountability for them.
