If he was the beneficiary of such wealth from rings of multies, why isn't he in fed also?
Give faction leader, co-leaders and full ordnance people within a faction the ability to create threads for certain groups of people within the faction.
That way, factions with more people in their leadership could create their own forum to discuss changes of what they need before bringing it to their other teammates.
Also add the ability to pin posts in a thread within their own fac forums
This shouldn't require too much work as the abilities already exist in torn (hidden committee forums, mods can pin posts, etc.)
Also this would keep people more in torn rather than rely on third party forums.(granted there are not that many factions who use external forums)
If you have any other ideas on how to improve the forums and increase the chances of this getting implemented, post below; if i like it, i'll add it to the OP, if not, oh well, make your own suggestion i guess.

here's a revolutionary idea : don't let words said by other people, especially of those that are clearly looking to bother you, affect you; it will help you much more in life than a game banning a word that incidentally has other uses as well

thats the difficult task of any development team and game designer, but one they signed up on and that they get paid for;

only my country's pussy politicians keep quiet as a mouse because our forgotten gold treasury is in russian hands since ww2 plus we have a pro-russian far right party in parliament; it still shames me as a romanian when other leaders (especially those of poland -> maybe their scars of soviet aggresion and the kaliningrad exclave on their borders sparked the fear in them) step up like we havent seen in recent history (post ww2 mostly)
