Moreover, to those who frequently donate, does donating have a substantial effect on your in-game prospects? How much, and how frequently do you donate, to get to where you are now?

I have been bullied by Flux, and Swatsticle. He was mean to me - rejected my application, and is not letting me join another faction by withholding judgement. Please could everyone place 10 bounties on Swatsicle. Hopefully if 50 people read this and do so, the 500 bounties will keep him in the TC hospital for a month! Oh - and can someone please tell me how I can join another faction? Swatcilie and Flux are not letting me do so, as I applied to their faction, but they are not deciding, so I cannot reply to another.
