If I was to create a service that essentially created a comic for you to apply to the TORN newspaper comic, how much would you/average player pay for an approved comic?
You receive a merit and 250 points. The 250 points by itself is worth 12mil. The merit is a "Extremely Rare" which likely has a large value of its own.
I was thinking about charging an upfront fee for the comic (one approved by the buyer), and then a bonus for myself if the comic makes it to the newspaper. Seems like the most fair and safe way of doing the transaction.

Have a game competition with rankings for how much money you've lost in the casino for that day. I would love to see the stats on that and having some money leave the game doesn't hurt
