Trains- you will be trained equally like everyone else, keep in mind i cant train you if you arent 3 days old in company.Fair payment- No we dont give 1mil salary to a high stat just because he/she has the stats. this is a medium company and everyone's salary is based on how your effectiveness decreases or increases thus the company's income. if someone uses drug and decreases their effectiveness, their salary decreases since their performance affects the company income.Loyalty Service - I personally will offer rewards if you stay long enoughFaction confrontation - we cant help you if you someone is bullying you as our faction is small.Different or more payment- just like everyone else you get the fair paymentFocused or more Trains - everyone equally gets trains and we wont focus all the train on one person even if you pay me. if you didnt get a train because i forgot please message me and i'll compensate it. The 3 day delay in the for newcomers doesnt count towards the regular trains you get.Asking for help in terms of money or property - yes i do have some wealth and property but i cant offer free service just because you are new to the game.

New players are welcomed but currently only looking for one newbie whose stats are less than 500 - position filled
any new players around 1k is welcomed
pay is currently fixed at 10k per 1k of your primary stat required by the position
for example: if your intel stat is 10k and the position requires intel as primary stat then your pay is 100k
this is subjected to change as i need to see the progress and results of the company for at least a week
