I would also add the importance of using merits and earning awards to pay for upgrades. Passive boosts such as gym stats, crit hits, edu reduction etc. are all invaluable.
Earning merits and honours is fun but spending the merits on beefy upgrades makes you feel like a boss 💪
As it says. A gold icon or similar for reaching the top of the city career tree for each job.
Will make it easier to DM people as a company director - no point offering a DM to those who are trying to complete city jobs but it makes it quick and easy to see who I could message.
