So unless there's a crazy 1 in a billion chance that my faction member is indeed using an IP that I used to login to the game recently (AKA my home) This is a error on the games part and is preventing me from sending money to him.
It gives me the warning about federal prison ETC and doesn't let me complete it. I sent money just fine last night so I don't know.
I am trying to propose to another player. I have a ring and using it then typing in their name. Everything works until I hit the OK button then nothing happens and it says I have no outstanding proposals in the settings menu.
I am wondering if there's a known bug or if I am doing something wrong? Thanks for the help in advance.
I guess my question is what tripped the system in the first place? So I can avoid doing it again. We are states away. He's in south Georgia, me in upstate NY. This shouldn't have happened unless it was in fact a bug right?
I don't understand why it was closed I didn't get a chance to respond. It wasn't internet cafe or a proxy I don't use either. I did login from mobile network when I was out at the store but if this trips the system then the system is flawed and regardless I see this as an issue.

Level: 2 Activity: Daily 3-4 times (Between classes I like to check) Battle Stats: 30 Strength, 15 everything else (Only started yesterday) Looking for: Any faction really, I'll do anything just looking for a group to socialize with and do things with. I am looking to continue my education in game and work in the medical field if that helps out as well.
