This pretty much sums up what's ultimately blatantly wrong with the current concept of clothing on Torn right now, and why clothing caches are pointless with no real value, even though they seem to be continuing to create new ones as subscriber rewards:

When would someone ever want to do this other than just goofing around for 30 secs to snap a pic?

Clothing has to be separate from armor, and has to be visible to others without attacking me to see what color my thong is.

Meeting the neighbor, or meeting someone from torn from another country, same risks. But if you don't (safely) get out and meet people, you will never make new friends or have new adventures.

My IRL, and in-game, wife and I met through an online (local based) game long long ago. When you meet a fellow gamer, you at least know you already have something in common. I've known many married couples who fight over how much one of them games when the other doesn't understand.

Have some fun. Go see some sights. There are a lot of things that surprise people from the UK about the US, and vice versa.
