I can see your reasoning and how it can be of help to the Torn community. The semi-restart is far fetched since Ched might have to get the agreement of A Lot of players (majority) and like you said, doubtful. If he does take your advice though, he would change the game completely and might even attract larger audiences. I can confirm that when viewing the money offered as a newer player compared to what one currently has, it is tremendous. Although when you find out more about the game and that the 2k offered from someone to do his/her shopping isn't actually that much, its very likely that the player loses interest in the game unless he/she is lucky and finds someone that is willing to guide and support him/her.
