I was recently given a mission that I can't complete. I am suppose to go overseas and kill a person who hasn't been online for over 1000 days. As I'm told, I can't fight anyone overseas that hasn't logged on for over 24 hours. I can't complete.

Attached is a ss of the person's profile and a brief part of the mission assignment.
