Am I correct to assume that the passive stat boosts from eduction stack? So if I gain a 1% boost, and then a 3% boost it will be worth 4%.
As opposed to doing the 1%, then 3% but only the 3% being in play (as 3% is the greater of the 2 boosts).

It's mathematically probable that if you continue to play roulette you will lose.
Youre on a short term upswing. The longer you play the closer you will be running to your Expected Value (Which is slightly negative when betting Red/Black due to the 0; thus the house edge)

It's just sample size and short term variance. Over 10K Xanax you will probably be within 0.1% to 0.5% of the 'true' OD rate.
Just becauae you're unlucky over a small sample doesn't mean anything has been changed. If something a big as an Xanax OD % increase was made there would probably be an announcement?
