I havent replied until now cause frankly I saw this as an internal faction matter and it had nothing to do with the general population. It was a disagreement between a factions leadership team and the terms of two factions mergers. Outside of my control the issue was prematurrely publisized within the faction and it wask leaked externally. I avoided saying anything since we didnt have a conclusion internally, now we do and I'm a bit tired of being portrayed as some evil mastermind thats scamming the faction I've called home for over 4 years. So you wanna know what the flip side of the coin is, well below is the statement I made internally within our faction so you're welcome to read it as well, suprsied DickDrilla didnt want to leak that also for more Karma, what a missed opportunity a true karma farmer would've never passed up!

I just finished typing and realized this is a bit long, so I went back and included short-ish TLDR at the bottom.
It’s taken longer for me to respond to this whole situation then would have been probably ideal. I've been traveling for work a fair bit recently and it was difficult to connect with leadership with my time restrictions. Not an excuse, just information for the unaware, it’s still on me. I wont be covering every little detail about everything here, I dont believe that will change the situation at hand. If people have questions about specific things, ask me.
Let me clear up a few things
- My intention and plan have never been to scam the faction out of anything. If that was something I wanted to do, I would have done it during the original sale/merger discussions and walked away a lot richer and less headache. This faction was a home to me like many others and I want it to success for the people here.
- The SWF (the 250B collateral) was designed as a proxy for trust and a way to ensure that QHQ members couldn’t be screwed at of the faction. That part is agreed on by all parties. Where the disagreement starts is that from QHQ perspective the SWF was also a way to ensure the merger was the best option, if the merger failed or did not accomplish its goal, then the SWF will be distributed to members and Avalon leadership kept the faction. I believe this was communicated to them, they believe this was never communicated to them. This is where the crux of the issue is.
Now when these discussions picked back up I did not approach this as "Hey, the merger isnt working out so now I want to turn this into a sale". I approached this as "Hey, I see major issues going on within the faction. Let’s fix these issues to ensure success. If we don’t and shit isn’t fixed, then the sale option would need to happen as originally planned".
From there it devolved quickly into a conversation on if the sale option existed in the first place, post merger. The main issue that caused all this is me arguing that the sale option existed as plan B if the merger didnt work out. Avalon leadership believed that this was never communicated to them so it shouldnt exist. This point is where a lot of the divide comes from and caused many arguments.
On my side, I do take responsibility for the talks moving slowly. In my profession end of Q4 and Q1 are the busiest times of the year and I'm often traveling for days on end; this does not leave a lot of room to do much of anything else. Could I have made more time, maybe, but I tried to make time when I could and I can understand that it simply wasnt enough.
During these conversation multiple statements and actions were said/taken against Sven, Luna, and myself and in my eyes deteriorated the trust I had. This is not even including all the insults made at us.
One of the major understandings we had since the beginning is no one leader/side/group would take permissions away from the other. It’s a basic function of trust and ensure one side isnt dictators and taking over the faction. During the discussion Luna, Sven, and my leadership permissions were stripped. I believe at some point mine were even taken down to nothing but API permissions.
Pops stated that this was done so I dont pull a Lat 2.0 scam and take everything from the armory and the SWF. He also asserted that that Sven and Luna would/could do the same. To date Sven and Luna full leadership permissions have not been restored and I sit with member level permissions only.
This singular action has fully broken any trust that I have for leadership as a whole. A cardinal rule, hard line in the sand, has been broken. No matter what excuses are used to justify this action, which has no legitimate reason, this has now shown me that they are able and willing to take these actions when the situation is not favorable or working out for them. This has also effectively triggered the protection clause of the SWF as one group decided to take control of the faction.
Whats Next?
The SWF will be dissolved and distributed to the members it was intended for. Anyone eligible will be contacted directly by me. You can choose to do whatever you want with the payout, I will simply be the delivery person.
Leadership has been informed of my intention, and I have spoken my peace to them as well. I view it as Avalon leadership now owning the faction and the plan has defaulted back into a Sale as originally planned.
PS: there is a lot of shit missing from the information Lust provided in his post. It’s designed in a way to pervert the conversation to show me as the bad guy as much as possible. I don’t have the energy or the time to dispute every little false narrative. Defending myself against every little point is worthless when the narrative began from one side of the story. There are even lies about things as simple as me not participating in the Secret Santa event, why do this if not to paint me as the bad guy as much as possible?
Also, why did he not include me in the people who received the faction NL informing the faction of this situation? Isn’t that a bit interesting?
PPS: I deposited $30,186,622,719 on 03/16. This money was promised to only be used for competition and games, the betterment of the faction and its members enjoyment. I don’t believe this will happen as I have certain people’s word within leadership, if the funds are used for anything else just be aware.
TLDR (Read This For A Short Explanation)
It took me longer than I’d like to respond due to constant work travel, but that’s on me. I want to make it clear—I never intended to scam the faction. If that was my goal, I could’ve done it long ago during the original sale or merger. I’ve always wanted this place to succeed. The core issue is a disagreement on what the SWF (250B collateral) is for. I always saw it as both a trust safeguard and a backup plan if the merger didn’t work. Leadership says that second part was never communicated to them, I believe it was. This is where things start to fall apart. When the SWF status was discussed in leadership, it quickly turned into a debate about whether a sale was ever even on the table. Things spiraled, and during all of this, leadership took certain negative actions against QHQ side leadership, including removal of leadership permissions from me, Sven, and Luna—breaking a cardinal rule and trust we had. That move, to me, triggered the SWF’s protection clause and shown they are willing to take control of the faction at minimum. So now, the SWF will be dissolved and distributed to those it was meant for. I’ll handle the distributions myself. As far as I’m concerned, Avalon leadership has taken full control, and we’re back to the original plan: a sale.
