Steadfast: Strength: 13%, Speed: 13%, Defense: 13% and Dexterity: 12%
Excursion: +8 Travel Items and +10% Rehab Reduction
Rehab Upgrades (1-2 times a month)
Excursion: +10 Travel Items, +20% Rehab Reduction & (25% Caymens Interest Increase end of the month)

This is more of an issue to be honest if it could be assigned to whoever deals with faction special upgrades.;
Is there any way you can speed up the process of upgrading faction specials? It seems certain upgrades, upgrade at a faster speed to others. It can take a good 20-30 minutes to upgrade just 2 branches. It's constantly so much lag from both PC and Mobile.
For example: Criminality. Jail time through to Bust nerves click through within seconds. However crime success and nerve increase can take a good 20 seconds at least to process each single slot.
Personally a simpler solution is click the upgrade you want to get to i.e. if you were at 0 nerve increase and clicked +40 nerve increase it would say "This will cost you X respect (totalling) to increase to +40 nerve) do you wish to Upgrade?"
Anything to increase the speed mechanism will be a fantastic help.
This is a perfect reason why company wages/advertising should be private to the Director. Too many nosey parkers jealous because they aren't earning as much as the other company.
