I propose an optional ""Auto Pay" system that withdraws the upkeep cost from your vault.
If you do not have a property with a vault, then this option will not be available to you.
Auto Pay could also come with a reduction in upkeep, similar to how real-life auto pay systems work.
If you do not have sufficient funds in your vault, it will draw from your main moneies and then will debt your account until you pay your balance.
The rates for the above mentioned debt will be a fixed rate dependant on your net-worth, similar to taxes.
This whole system, just like irl, will be optional. Since there can be negative consequences if you don't pay, it wouldn't be fair to make this mandatory.

I think it would be an effective update if users could have some basic filters to sort forum threads, with basic ones like "newest," "most liked," "least liked," "friends," and "enemies." This would create a way to quickly sort the forum and be able to find posts that others have made.
I find myself trying to find posts that have the most likes, but I have to scroll through a lot of bad posts to find them.
A filter that I could sort through would be helpful for me, and any other filters you or others might suggest will be most helpful!
