Context & Background: My spouse joined Monarch Chrysalis (MC) around a year ago. Anyone with experience with the game can tell you, cache farms are primarily for the benefit of the few leading people, with relative scraps given to the majority. In MC's case, these people are Euphoria and whatever M friends decide to hang around for a few weeks. Recently, I think it's more accurate to call MC a poor Monarch overflow bin.
On paper, RW payouts in cache farms are generally fair. In practice, the strongest players earn the most by far. Further, I've been told how frequently the rules are situationally adjusted in favor of this leading class, and exceptions are often made to suit them, often at the exclusion of the majority. This was a big contributor to my spouse's decision to leave MC. This was not disclosed for fear of retaliation.

Besides, it's something of a given that a faction leadership role in a game like this would make for the ideal stomping ground of such people. Neurological disorders are excessively presented online. Anonymity tends to allow for acting in bad faith. I'm of the mind that if one acts in bad faith when fear of repercussion is not a factor, they are a bad person. Hopefully Euphoria stays in that basement to keep the prevalence of their heritable traits as low as possible.

TL;DR: There are better factions than MC - and much better cache farms. Euphoria probably can't do better, but you can.
Low networth despite percentage claims. You're going to be called a "scammer" without testimonials. Buyer concern should not be scam, it should be confidence. Turning $700m into $1b in two months is not hard, and there is no guarantee any realized gains are solely from stocks.

If you're looking for turn-based RPGs without much dialogue, check out roguelikes. Card-themed roguelikes are popular, like Slay the Spire. Star Renegades, Darkest Dungeon.
Like DOS2 (cRPG): Disco Elysium just got voice acting, and it's amazing. Most of the good cRPGs have a lot of dialogue, but not the funding to voice it. If you're just interested in the gameplay style, might need to branch out. DOS1 & 2 are pretty special.
In TBH's case, we lost a lot of amazing players to the top facs over time. This bred complacency, but it was still a shame to see half of the remaining old guard slashed. The best thing is the increased numbers, especially of higher stat players, who draw more of their like in. It's hard to cultivate a strong playerbase when the strongest feel dragged down. That's much less of an issue now. Going by vibes, it was like 50 new recruits joined with some aiding the existing leadership. Great model to follow for any fac merger imo.

No one is overlooking this. The inevitable increased reliance on third-parties for market has been mentioned a dozen times already.
The difference between Torn market fees and IRL taxes is that the government would do all in its power to prevent the third-party from operating. Instead, Torn is pushing players to it without any intention of preventing it. Why eat the fees trading on margin when all players are free to scrape bazaars for the cheapest option? Expecting xanax to jump 5% is silly when the system to circumvent the increase is available. We might see that price on the item market, but the bulk of sales will not be on it.
ngl, this wasn't a fair fight. The fact alone that I was in it is a big deal. I stopped by to play with friends, but ended up in, honestly, the most stressful war I've experienced lol
Big kudos to both sides. Gotham has dedicated players, but it's obvious Night Watch does too. Probably even moreso on the whole. imo, pound for pound, NW grinded this loss harder than we grinded the win.
Thanks to both sides for the goofiest line I've had the pleasure(?) of taking part in!
PS We only won when we did because a NW member had revives on in the last hour. If it dragged on any longer, we very realistically could have lost. Little did NW realize - a member of ours made the exact same mistake! We just happened to notice it before they did. Keep your revives off, kiddos!
I was just getting lucky because around attack 100, I finally hit a 4! Oh well. Yeah, the less-desirables finally get some love. Especially with constant fighting from RW, special ammo becomes a limited resource instead of a luxury. Arma will stay on top, but people will acknowledge the inflated value as more and more RW weapons hit the market, and builds diversify.
Just curious, how much did you pay for that sig? I'm sure I'll look to upgrade mine eventually and could use the market knowledge.
Just tested looting (with mod, not conserve bonus) and I only shot 2-3 - no 4's! Tested over ~70 attacks. So even better than OP's claim. If conservation typically rounds up after 3.51 for example, it's possible the [3.5] figure rounds down.
And yes, I did immediately swap out my arma for a sig, as promised.
"2-4 bullets per round" I'd swap my arma in a heartbeat if that were true. Thankfully, it's not. e: instead of just looking like an asshole, how does conserve formula work?
This might seem like a hot take, but it's really not. You listed a few games, but the problem has always extended to pretty much every multiplayer game genre.
I was just thinking earlier about how, with the huge profits factions can earn with RW alone, it's more than enough incentive for Chinese multi [bot] farms to start popping up. I'm just surprised it took so long to get to this point.

While your point about the player-driven economics between companies is, in theory, great for interesting gameplay - the more salient point in this specific scenario is that profits have been lowered artificially, outside of TVN control.

lmao no not even close. By this logic, 10* TVN would have been operating at a loss when they had weekly $1b income vs the current ~$600m. You can read back on every page of this thread for personal accounts showing this not to be the case.
