Hello, I know that this is probably a long shot, but here we go...

I was sitting at a poker table with 5mil of my money bet on a hand, with another person who had also bet 5 mil. on the hand. We got to where the last card was about to be turned, but for some reason the table froze for a couple of minutes. I waited because to me thats a ton of monies, but i digress. After several minutes, I refreshed the page and to my dismay, both I and the other person I was playing with in the hand were not seated at the table anymore, with the other two players who had folded in that hand, mid-hand in another game.

Now, I don't really care about the money that i may have won, I would like to hopefully get my original money back from the nether portals if possible. Things to mention with this though, I don't know if we were both kicked from the table by the tables owner (I have never been kicked so i have no clue as to what happens, but i would assume that you would at least get your money back). The other thing is that I really don't have a screenshot, because I don't really how one would go about screenshoting something of this nature.

I just messaged BlueMoonlight, and had his permission to post his name, he was at the table in the hand that i speak of, and he says that I left mid-hand, which I didn't do. It is saying that they got the message that my computer timed out? Which again doesn't quite make sense, because that was my first table of the day. The only other window i had running was pandora, and the original torn screen from which you get to the poker tables from. And, it wasn't like i didn't respond in time, the card was in mid flip, when the thing froze.

Again, if there is any way possible that i could get the original money back that i had, that would be great. I will try and supply any information that i can to be of assistance.
