if you check here and it confirms you haven't bought anything today, and you get the message "You have already purchased the maximum of 100 items today." when trying to buy something, then yes, it is bugged. if not it probably isn't.
edit: okay I just realized you're only two days old. the most likely scenario is you don't know that everything in torn operates by torn's time zone (utc), not your own. so the day might reset where you are, but it hasn't yet in torn. you can see the current time in torn by clicking the clock icon in the top right
they're uneven

No, I didn't. I obviously shouldn't have derailed the thread, sorry. I still don't get why I'm wrong though. Say a player has max basket, exchanges every year, whatever. They stack completely optimally, getting 1000 e in 28 hours. By doing so, they also use 840 e (30x28) by not using the energy that would naturally refill during that time. Based on this thread, they would do 40 attacks getting 2.4m per attack. If you include all the energy they used though, (40x2.4m/(1840/25)), you get 1.3m per 25e. My argument was that a lot of players would rather use this energy training, mercing, mugging, whatever people do with their energy.
cause you end up using like double the energy for the same amt of money if you count the natural e you're wasting. so like 1.2m per hit maybe based on this post's 2.4m per hit (i haven't done the math). for a lot of players that isn't worth it. maybe it's a requirement for chains tho idk.
good post. i think ppl should consider not stacking for halloween, all that wasted e lowers the $/e a lot. also ppl in their earlier years of halloween who aren't exchanging yet should realize that just bc something is worth it if you exchange this year (like fhcs), doesn't mean it will actually have been worth it if prices have dropped when it's finally time to exchange.

there was just a week long attacking event for halloween, basically you get money no matter who you attack so people will just attack randoms or anyone they're upset at. i'm guessing they've stopped by now, right?
tbh I don't think it's worth wasting natural e to stack for it. outside of that, depends on how much profit/attack you can get normally, and if you can stack both

yeah, rng matters way more than racing skill. i don't think that's your issue tho. you're in class e, most people in class e haven't read any guides on racing and are spending their racing points to upgrade their car, not knowing it's better in the long run to save them.
