Here are the rules:
1) I will have something (in real life, not something in the game) that everyone will be trying to guess.
2) Everyone is allowed to ask a maximum for 10 questions total for all players. Any additional questions will not be entertained.
3) You are only allowed to ask questions that I can answer with "Yes" or "No". Any question that can't be answered by those two won't be replied to, but will count as part of the total 10 questions, so think wisely.
4) Once 10 questions have been asked, the players will have to take a guess as to what this "something" is.
4.5) Edits to a question counts as a new question
5) You can only make a guess everytime a guess is made by another player, but you're allowed to ask any amount of questions as long as there haven't been 10 questions yet.
6) If someone guesses correctly after 10 questions. They win the 3 million. Winners will be announced at 00:00:00.
The reward is increased by 200,000 if only 9 questions have been asked before someone guesses correctly, and will keep increasing by 200,000 the lesser questions are asked, up to 5 Million total reward if someone guesses correctly before any questions are asked.
After someone wins, the new game will be set on Mon 00:00:00, so everyone has a chance to win every week.
6.5) In the case of multiple winners, it will be split among the winners, with the first one to guess correctly getting the most money, and the last one getting the least money.
7) If no one answers correctly by 00:00:00, no one gets the reward and a new game will start then.
In order to make sure no one thinks that someone guessed correctly because I went silent, I will now avoid entertaining guesses until 00:00:00. This is to ensure what I said in the first sentence of this paragraph and so that I won't clutter up pages more than necessary.

0) I will be setting a "Donation Limit", which will be the maximum amount of donations that I'll be accepting before the Bucket "Overfills" and "Pours Over"
The minimum is 5, and the maximum is 10.
1) Send something over to me, anything goes! (It doesn't matter what it is, it could be a dp and I can't touch it anyway since it goes to the winner) Cash is allowed as well, and I'll keep a tight lid on it. However, this is not mandatory, and you can join without donating anything. However it will take longer.
You can send as many times as you want!
If you decide to donate, feel free to post here! However, you can't tell anyone what the item is. It's to be revealed once the donation limit has been hit.
I will also be adding posts here to update the current count of donations received, so everyone can know if it's about to overflow!
2) Post on this thread! You can only post again when someone else posts, and every post you make is an entry!
3) Once the Donation Limit is passed over by the number of donations, I'll be making a post containing the logs of every item donated, which everyone will be able to see.
4) Here's the fun part. Everyone can choose to "Fold" or not be part of the giveaway (very unlikely), and have double their entries in the next Overfill (It stacks, by the way!), or choose to "Join" the current giveaway and have a chance to get the current donation pool. This part of the event will last for 24 hours, or until everyone has chosen their move.
You must make your choice public!

5) Once everyone has made a decision, I'll be making another post with all the names of the participants and the choice they made, so that everyone can plan ahead.

6) Once a winner is chosen, I'll be contacting them privately first, and then send EVERYTHING over. After that, I'll be announcing the winner, and a new Donation Limit will be set again.
And did I just say EVERYTHING? Yes! Everything that was donated for the current bucket will be given to the winner!
This repeats until a pool can't be filled within a week, then all the items that were currently donated will be owned by me on technicality.
