Reco begins his introduction.
"Accepting our punishment huh? sounds about right. I didn't stick around any of the other prisons long enough to do this so... let me introduce myself.
I'm Reco Tangler, pronounced Ree-co not Reh-co, apparently I'm a sociopath but I'm pretty sure the world is just tired of me and sent me here, nice to meet you all."

Reco has lived without a family since he was 4, he grew up in an orphanage where he learned to be a lock-picker from the head staff member, who he later left for dead after stealing his car. He has been previously caught for minor crimes but has always broke or charmed his way out. When admitted to Burke he assumed he would just have to break out again and charmed an item off of one of the guards, just in case.

Has anyone on here got a Roll20 account? And if so do you like to play with Apocalypse World? I'm looking for a group to play with, including a GM since I'm pretty new to this and wouldn't feel comfortable playing GM with barely any experience.
"Fair enough, not like we can do anything about it anyway. might as well wait till tomorrow. Goodnight roomies!" Reco yells to the rest before jumping into bed and going to sleep.
"Sooo... where did the other two guys go? Are the security not bringing them back here too?" Reco says to everyone in the cell block, not expecting a proper answer.
Reco, now back in his cell, notices that the he had lost all of the equipment he had taken, even the keys, and all he had was his hairpin. "Damn!" Reco shouted, losing his cool. "They took it all!" Realizing no one is listening Reco decides to just give up and go to sleep. "Maybe I can convince the nurse to get me some extra stuff tomorrow." He whispers to himself.
"Lets go, we don't have a choice now." Reco says, following the group, now two men bigger.
"Why'd you shoot the new guy?! The demon started on him first!" Reco yells but quickly retracts his question when he sees Deadman's eyes. "A-anyway, you're right, we need to take this fight to them now. We're going to find the doctor right? Which way?"
Reco sees Ruby raise her fist, worrying she is going to join the fight he reaches for her arm but before he reaches her she begins her chant, feeling embarrassed, Reco joins the chant and pretends he was going to the whole time.
"Why is everyone here insane?! Oh yeah... mental asylum, forgot." Reco said. "Either way, how long have you been in there?"
"What the hell was that?!" Reco yells. "Who the hell is this?! Could you guys move?! I couldn't!" Reco yells all of this while ignoring the injured man, he had seen enough people more wounded than he was, he could tell he would be fine after a while so decided he didn't need his help.
"Hmm... So now we have three plans. 1: My plan of potential sacrifice. 2: Ruby's idea of handing Deadman over. 3: Deadman's plan to escape quickly, kill the good doctor and blow up the island. I vote for plan C actually, my plan pales in comparison." Reco turns to Ruby. "I know this may be hard, we all have something to lose. I need to get out of here too and I would prefer it to be legally, but in the end that may be impossible, help us escape and I will help you after, the Reco after service guarantee!"
"Honestly... fair point. Any rebuttal, Deadman?"
"We may have been able to do that before, but not now. He destroyed a camera, that means that they either know from seeing us with them or from the camera being destroyed, whichever it is, they already know either way. Please, if anyone has a better plan, come forward, I'm not confident either."
"If they don't come by morning then we can go and take the asylum in the day, that way we will have a clearer view if anyone comes after us after that." Reco says.
"Okay, good." Reco begins. "Now that we have the numbers, I'll explain the plan." He lets the pause stagnate dramatically while everyone glares at him with eyes that say 'get on with it'. "So, someone will need to be a sacrifice, or at least potential sacrifice. I'll nominate myself of course if no one volunteers, this person will stand in the center of the cell block and wait for whoever comes, they will have to be unarmed to not scare away our targets. Now, we have the keys to the cells as well as weapons, the rest of you will be locked in your cells with the last person keeping the keys, if they come after the sacrifice then the rest can shoot them down, try to just incapacitate them though, it'll be better to have them alive. Any questions?"
"You should trust me because I'm the only one who says he has a plan. I wouldn't gain anything from tricking you and even if they let me out of the asylum I would just end up in a regular prison anyway, the only way any of us are getting out of here is to do this the smart way." Reco looks around the room and up at the broken camera. "They know that something is going on, if we want to act we need to act now. Umm... you." Reco says pointing to Dante. "You said yourself that we aren't getting out of here legally, this is the best chance we have."
"This is our trust gaining exersise." Reco explains. "Whoever joins me without knowing the full plan are the people I know I can trust, that being said, we only need one more member." Reco says looking to Deadman, Ruby and Ryan and then back to the other four who were still on the other side of the room.
Reco looks around the room at the rest of the group who haven't made a move yet. "Two more people, come one guys, you have to make a decision one way or the other." He says, looking at the five who haven't joined him.
"That was... a smart move... I guess. Anyway, that's two out of eight, if three more people come over here then we can go through with this plan."
Reco was shocked at the sudden turnaround of the crazy guy but then remembered, this is a mental asylum. "I've said already but starting a war is not going to help things, if we want to do this then we have to play smart. Some of you don't know this but last night everything reset, one of the guards was killed but today he walks. They must have done something to us, and tonight we will catch them in the act, or die trying. The rest of my plan requires a lot of trust so I will withhold it unless the rest of you agree to go along with it as a symbol of trust." Reco knew this could put everyone off the plan but he was counting on their insanity to help them go along with such an uncertain plan.
"Dude, I feel for you and I would hug you right now but I preffer my eyes in their sockets." Reco says nervously. "However, he brings up a fair point and I have a plan... sort of. Everyone who wants to join me in this plan, come over to this area." Reco then walks over to the end of the hall with the phone and computer and indicates a line from that point. "Majority vote."
