Does failing a bust costs CE? If yes then how many warehouse arsons would it take to recuperate the lost CE
I read in one of the guides that you should power train after 5 mil stats not from scratch. It said like if you take say about 1000 xanax from zero start & other guy starts taking it after few million stats, he'll be much more OP than me. Plus I guess rehab starts costing more & more as you start taking more & more Xanax. Plz someone shed some light on this & tell some ways to train for newbies. Thanks :D
