So, since it's addition to torn two Valentine's days ago and knowing how pumped everybody was for this recent holiday, what are the chances that this new drug will come with a merit for taking so many of them?
There's a pretty big cool down from what I see, and unlikely to be used any other day of the year, so what do you think would be a reasonable amount to have consumed? Like take 25 doses, or spend so many hours on it, or partake in so many murders while filled with so much love?
So I just got arrested for trying to steal a big box of chocolate bars. I've got 40 NNB, 11 bonus nerve through faction and merits, the mountain bike, and +51% crime success through passive perks
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone do anything but safe crimes? If so, what is your nerve, bar and what's the lowest nerve crime you've been arrested for?

Not that my two cents is worth anything but I think that’s a great idea. It sounds fascinating and I like the mechanics of the high depending on your trip but what if you got higher bonuses but at a truly great cost of a single hit point or two removed from your total HP? The integration into the economy is also developed. You put a lot of thought into this and it shows. Keep up the good work!

Sometimes you can get it laid out in such a way that you have to "deal and receive so much damage" attack so many people, and specifically attack "these" targets. That's a best case scenario for doing all 3 missions at once though.
I didn't think some faction leaders would even pick you for a PA OC if you had too many failures or jails.
