I have done ~2.3k revives, and on my journey to 100 it was probably 99% freevives. Could I have made much more money by reviving for cash? Absolutely. But I think the part people are missing is that it takes so much time to find people willing to pay, and you will probably only get 1 or 2 revives out of a paying customer. If you have enough time to play all day then by all means go ahead and find people willing to pay, but you will (in my experience) out earn that by just hitting 100 and unlocking premium revive contracts.
Especially now that there is much much more competition for revives in general than there was back when I was on the journey to 100, you will waste much time and e trying to find people willing to pay, rather than just freevive in hospital. If you are lucky you might get a payment from them, otherwise you are still working toward 100 skill.

Why not just make one? It would only be a few fields (your money in, their money in, profit % share, current return), then the money returned to you would be the current return * profit % share.

You cannot, the stock is auto sold at the end of each day, no need to manually sell it. Maybe you meant Job Point items? They can just be exchanged from the specials section.
Edit: Lingerie store doesnt have any JP items exchangeable :)
