All Americans should be able to trust the mainstream media to provide basic facts without personal prejudice. I want to know the good and the bad about Trump, Obama, etc. without having it manipulated to fit a personal narrative. Misleading clickbait headlines, etc. do no one any good.

Most Trump supporters could care less about what he did as a private citizen. Why this is relevant is beyond me. Now, if he were paying off porn stars, while President, with our taxes, oh wait that is what Congress does isn't it??????
I don't necessarily consider CNN, (or MSNBC) fake news but rather emotional news. The stories are often biased because the journalists let their personal feelings and emotions interfere with their reporting. That automatically discredits them. It also disturbs me when I see news that should be reported, and see mainstream media not reporting it. Like I have to search for credible news. I should not have to do that.
