Hi, one of the guy named 'Collete [1389080]' keeps bounties on me continuously. Thus, I can't play the game for anytime since i am going to hospital again again. Please let me know how to stop that guy from bounty or can I be able to transfer my data of this account to another.

Yess, This is happening to me.. The most problem is that torn city staff are linking with high level guys for money... That's why they have power to do anything they wanted to...I should also want to inform developers to change the rules of torn city for fair gameplay

How this medical cool down indicate? Does it effect something on me.. I exceeded 24 hours of medical cooldown, but it didn't effect anything to me.
