Warring gains the faction respect quicker than doing anything else however, it also results in casualties and decreases resources as well as valuable time. Therefore, we keep our heads down and do not declare war on others - too often. Those who choose to declare war on us will generally be ignored but, if we are getting hammered then we may give the order to retaliate at will.

This is what we do, in the main, instead: 

• Contribute towards current CHALLENGES which unlocks BRANCH SPECIALS on the faction tree.
• Participate in ORGANISED CRIMES which pays MONEY and RESPECT to the faction.

Respect activates branch specials - Branches have between 2-4 specials each - Specials have between 3-40 upgrades each.

Respect also: 

• Unlocks armouries, of which there are 6: Weapon, Armour, Temporary, Booster, Medical and Drug.
• Unlocks point storage and the ability to donate towards the faction,
• Unlocks the laboratory, for making dirty bombs.
• Unlocks the ability to chain.
• Increases maximum chain, of which there are 13 upgrades.
• Increases capacity to hold more members, of which there are 10 upgrades.
• Allows faction to hold territories, of which there are 30 upgrades.

Organised crimes are planned by the leaders and teams are put together by choosing individuals from the faction members.

There are 8 different crimes, each crime needing a team which can be made up of between 2-15 people and each crime can take between 24-192 hours to plan.

After the planning time, the leaders will initiate the crime - team members will not need to do anything about the crime as it's automatic and over immediately however, each team member will need to be present in TORN (not travelling) at the time of initiation and not in jail or hospital. It does n't matter if the team members are online or offline as long as those requirements are met otherwise, the crime can't go ahead.

Successful crimes can result in Respect gains of between 1-300 and Cash gains (for the faction) of between $6000-$300,000,000.
