I generally coast around ~120k everyday. I see some people reaching up to 1m and I wonder how? I'd say I login 4-7 times a day and use up my energy/nerve. Just wanted to see where others are at and how you get such high activity.

Does anyone know what exactly determines user activity? Is it just sign in time? Or time spent actually clicking? Also, does posting in forums add to this?
