Nice helpful guide, seems very interesting and sure to help people with raising their nerve bars. :)

Side note: I'm at 20 NNB and "Through Robbery" is still extremely hard for me. I tried going back to the businessman, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any tips?

It's actually easy to find these. Duke's missions give you a load of random people, and a lot of them are, well, under level 15 and inactive for more than 365 days. I'll try to do some missions, and I'll probably come across some as I go along
