From what I gather though, and what I've heard elsewhere, you don't need to worry about having multile people with one account each on the same wifi network. Unless you're all colaborating by sending each other money or items to one account or things like that.
yikes, dude shouldnt you wait until you have like atleast 150 in two working stats? don't waste the book when your boost in effectiveness will only bring you to mildly useful level.
some people say; look in the hall of fame, you want your battle stats ranking to be higher than your level ranking (or your rank ranking)
other people say; look in the hall of fame, you want you battle stats ranking to be atleast greater than half of your level (or rank) ranking.
a lot of people say you should always level up because life is the 5th battle stat. and yes, health is useful, but if you do duke missions every day you will absolutely blast throug the levels and leave your battle stats behind in the dirt, so even though im sure those other people know what they're talking about, i think level holding every now and again is a good thing. you don't have to level hold as low as possible, just wait several months before leveling up.
maybe it matters more at higher levels, but thats a guess
For the ones requiring total destruction, how to you get the fire to go over the last few percentages when there's still large fire icons showing? I heard using the lighter again can work but it's not been doing much for me so far.
Are there factions that are for people who intend to stop playing? where one person is a care-taker kind of position and enters wars or some such for the sake of letting others farm? I dont know if the mechanics work to allow that, thought i'd ask because i'm thinking of dialing back how much i play to near-zero.
I've got 100 skill in every 2.0 crime, and all the merits/awards, except for the illicit crime (dumping) one, and also none of the jail busting ones.
both of these have fairly hard caps on how much you can do a day, so i have lots of nerve left over. What's something productive I can use it on? I was doing scamming investment crimes but that's quite slow going with the cool down.

get the little marker to land on the purple, yellow, blue arrow, and red arrow squares each at least once in one scam, and then get it on the green one to succesfully earn money from the scam
