Journey is easily the most beautiful game I've ever played. And for such a simple game, it's surprisingly emotive.
On the less artistic side of things, Mass Effect 2 has my vote.

Right now Bioshock Infinite. I know, I'm behind the times...
I'm really close to the end, but I can't seem to keep the airship flying, even with Songbird's help... :/
