I set this company on my own a little over 2 months ago. A good opportunity to jump into one of the top logistics of the future because we're constantly growing and soon you'll be able to enjoy those big perks of a logistics: Selling logistics reports ($25m for one) and Shipment of foreign goods.
Sorry you felt that way buddy. Your inactivity costed me millions over the course of a couple of weeks because I had to chase you and others to get back online so we wouldn't start going down. The way I see it, I had to make some of my money back.
I run a Logistics and I have found it hard to recruit lately. I was blessed with 4 people going AWOL one after another and for the last 3 weeks I've been struggling to replace them whilst dropping 3 stars in the process. I still have one to replace and it's tough - Newspaper adverts going out a couple of times a day, spamming trade chat and always keeping an eye out on the recruitment forum.
It feels as difficult or maybe slightly more difficult to recruit than it was 6 months ago when I set up my company.
At the same time, I know Logistics isn't the most sought-after for employees unless you're after speed gains.
