Today I pushed "Crimes XII: Provides a 12% passive bonus to crime XP"
Member told me that it's not triggered. I check my personal perks ... and it seems that something is wrong ... See the picture below:

So ... since this crime pop up ... there are problems with it ... and the stupid Priceless paintings you put there.

Fix this stupid Priceless painting output to be 70m as in Pawn shop. (back in time it was 0 ... it was 70 ... now 700. Fucking damned)

Currently, faction image is 600 x 150 pixels!
If someone try to change it, he reads this: "You may want to resize the image to 400x100, this will make the image look much clearer."
This is bug, because it's not true ... and in fact image is scaled, compression rip image off ... and everything looks as bad as it can be.

Anyway ... the "Hell Inc." is not visible ... and the uploaded image to system is scaled, with changed compression ... basically fuuuucked up!
