How the game works?
According to the wishes of Mr. Deveroux, items in the Mansion are up for sale/ auction. Each item provides; a clue or another item or money or a booby.
Torn money is used to buy these items.
The mansion consists of:
Ground level = 9 rooms
Firs level = 6 rooms
Basement/ Servants quarters = 3 rooms
Tower = 1 room
Each room has a locked door, which will be opened by the person who finds the key, the person with the key get's first choice of a free item in that room.
The game needs active participation, when a player is absent for more then 3 days, his/ her items/ clues are sold to the highest bidder. When a player wants to leave the game, he/ she can sell his or her items/ clues to other players or back to me at the cost of the room's opening bidding price (ROBP)
More then one player may want the same item, in that case an auction will take place. Each player get's three chances to outbid the other player. (Please use chatline/ PM to arrange this with me) I will post the results on here.
In each room, I introduce an item to help you discover/ investigate your gathered clues closer, of course at a minimum fee or try to find this item in a room. Example magnifying glass, telephone( hospital, police).......
There is also a choice to make your clue public for other players to see or keep it private, your eyes only, of course your choice.
Everything, but everything has information that can help you discover the truth and find the treasure.

If you are interested in participating, state you character's name, a brief back ground history( which may or may not contain a mystery) and your insanity choice.
Please choose your insanity carefully:
Phobia - A phobia is an irrational fear, a kind of anxiety disorder in which the individual has a relentless dread of a situation, living creature, place, or thing. Individuals with a phobia go to great lengths to avoid a perceived danger which is much greater in their minds than in real life. = -2 sanity
Addiction - Addiction is a condition that results when a person ingests a substance (e.g., alcohol, cocaine, nicotine) or engages in an activity (e.g., gambling, sex, shopping) that can be pleasurable but the continuation of which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary responsibilities and concerns, such as work. = -3 sanity
Schizophrenia - a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behaviour, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation. = -4 sanity
Sociopath - A sociopath typically has a conscience, but its weak. He may know that taking your money is wrong, and he might feel some guilt or remorse, but that wont stop his behavior. = -5 sanity
Psychopath - A psychopath doesnt have a conscience. If he lies to you so he can steal your money, he wont feel any moral qualms, though he may pretend to. He may observe others and then act the way they do so hes not found out." = -6 sanity

Our story will commence on the 1 April 2017..........Welcome fellow patients!
The woman struggles to find her feet, blood pouring from a gash on her forehead. She cannot remember how she got there. Looking back she can see an ambulance in a ditch. In front of her she finds a dirt road, slinking of in the distance to the vague outline of buildings. Slowly she starts stumbling along the path, keeping her eyes trained on her feet, making sure they move one step at a time forward.
I am a hobbyist game developer, making Indie Games my passion. A good way to keep in shape is to participate in game jams. The latest I participated in was the simmer.io game jam with a friend. Where for 48 hours, hard working, creative thinking, and game making took place.And we picked the fruit of our labour. We won!
I mount huge speakers on a truck, drive it to your hill and crank up the volume, to play "Highway to hell - AC/ DC" at top volume, blasting you off the hill.
I take your chair, put up my feet and enjoy the rest of your cold corona.
