A Formal Non-Apology and a Request for the Bullies to Kindly Sit Down...


To the factions currently setting fire to our Brine-making Warehouse, formerly known as 'The Rusty Pickle', and now proudly known as 'Xanax Sold for 1.8m 2 AiR', in the name of JUSTICE... We see you.

You turned a $214m+ Lesson into an epic campaign of vengeance (or more, not sure how many times you've overpaid to other sellers).   While we do greatly admire your commitment to wasting energy (along with the recent oversupply of toilet paper and dog poop), we're not sure that the netizins of torn are buying the "defending honor" narrative.  Let's call this what it really is: Bruised egos over a deal you walked into eyes wide open.  We'd offer you ice for the burn, but we heard you're already spending your entire cooldown judging by the chain ending just over 1,000.

Now on behalf of my faction, from the bottom of our hearts (we collectively voted to not return the money)... I am not sorry. We'd like to extend a heartfelt "get over it."

We understand how difficult it must be to suddenly find yourself on the wrong end of a fair trade, but this doesn't justify dragging uninvolved factionmates, including your own, into your own tantrum. You're not defending Torn's economy, you're not raiding for the principle of anything.

So here's the deal, stop the raid on our faction, attacks on our companies, attacks on our members companies, and stop all hostilities towards us like its your part-time job. You're expending more resources proving you're pettier than it would cost to learn a lesson from your mistakes... just move on.  In exchange we'll change our faction name back to 'The Rusty Pickle'.  We're not asking for your forgiveness... we're offering you an opportunity to stop embarrassing yourselves. Take it.

It’s pretty obvious the people banned weren’t multi’s. Even my critics can see that. Looks like I poked at the alts of a few staff or some conflict of interest friends of staff.

we used to provide the items but then we found people selling them before the crime started. So we started to deduct the value of the item funds (if non-consumable) until the crime ends then refund it when they return it.

threads like this are keeping me here.

They expressed interest in going after our vault. So there's nothing stopping them from raiding us after we pay them back.
