Red Light District Tokyo, Japan 1982, January 5th, 9:25pm Friday. A Night in the shining city. People enjoy themselves at bars, clubs, and hotels. Behind all that enjoyment there's corruption, crime, and human trafficking among the underworld. The sound of footsteps as a man walks within the streets of Tokyo on a bright and busy night. As he wore a black and grey suit with a black overcoat as his collar is slightly unbuttoned; he flashes his small gold chain and silver watch as his hair is short and slicked back a bit.
He stood lurking around as he headed into an alleyway. Linking up with an old friend of his as he watched him knock a man out. He stood and slowly took a step and called out to him, "Oi Heijiyama, you done with the collection for the night?" he said as Heijiyama took the man's wallet, taking the money from it then tossing back the wallet on the dead beat. "Yeah, Kuroiryu, I just finished with my last run. Wanna head up to the family office before we hit up the bar?" Heijiyama said. Kuroiryu nods in agreement as they both take their time heading towards the family office.
"So, brother, when are you going to wear something flashy? We are Yakuza, and we must keep up with our image." as Heijiyama said. "Do you think what I wear is not enough?" Kuroiryu said as he took a look at what Heijiyama was wearing as he described it in his mind. Wearing a white suit with a white overcoat as he wore fancy white shoes with his long hair slick back. "I don't think I should change my style because I prefer not to stand out," Kuroiryu said. "If you say so but let me pick something out for you, it seems to stand like Captain Yami. Just because he is properly dressed doesn't mean you have to dress like him." Heijyama said.
"Oi, watch it, you know. The Captain is the one who got us here in this family, so give him respect while he's at it in the can." Kuroiryu said. As they both reached the family office, they both headed inside. They were both greeted by the Captain of the Yami family, a Kuro Family subsidiary. Both men respectfully left as they made their way towards a bar. As they walked within the small crowd of people wandering in the night. "I prefer my usual Mama(Mama is a term for female barkeepers)," Kuroiryu said. "Yeah, same here." as Heijiyama said after Kuroiryu. She grabs a small bottle and pours them both a glass as she gently hands them their drinks. "So Kuroiryu, you up for Karaoke? You said you'll be down for anything." Heijiyama said with a smile. "Fine, I said I'm up for anything, so I'm down," Kuroiryu said as he stood up, heading towards the Karaoke machine at the end of the bar.
As they sang the night away. The following day with the sound of the small t.v on the news channel. As Serena(The mama bar owner) wakes up, Kuroiryu and Heijiyama at her bar. As they woke up, the TV news channel states a man was found dead in an alleyway this morning. The killer is still at large, and police are still investigating the scene of the crime. As the t.v shows a picture of the dead individual. Both Kuroiryu and Heijiyama knew that was the man from last night. "Oi….. this is bad," Kuroiryu said in a serious tone. "Yeah, I know, brother," Heijiyama said as he gathered his thoughts together.
Then suddenly, his pager pings. "Oi …… is it from HQ? Are they calling you in?" Kuroiryu said as he was concerned. "Yeah, they are calling me in," Heijiyama said as he stood up going to the bar's phone. As he begins to call HQ as the line rings. Someone picks up the call. "Did someone from HQ call me in?" Heijiyama said to the man on the phone. "Yeah, actually, three of the family lieutenants are here wanting to see you right away. I don't think it sounds good either." as the man states. "I understand that I'll be coming to HQ right away." Heijiyama said as he hung up. "So what's happening?" Kuroiryu said as he stood. "I'm going to HQ, and I assume it's about the dead men from yesterday," Heijiyama said as he walked out with Kuroiryu. After a few hours, they both reached the Kuro Family HQ building.
They stood outside the huge family office gate and there was trouble inside waiting for them. As they both approached the gate. The gate slowly opens and they are approached by their fellow Kuro family members as they are escorted into the family office. There they met the Kuro family lieutenants as they sat in a meeting room with only three seats and a long small fancy round table. There sitting down are Lieutenants as they begin to introduce themselves. The man sitting on the far left begins to introduce himself. “Hello Gentlemen as you may know I am Koshiro Kuze, Patriarch of the Kuze Family” Kuze, states after he finished. The man in black on the far left begins to speak. “Do I have to introduce myself …… Fine… I am Watase Goshiro, Patriarch of the Goshiro Family…. Can we get to the dam point?! I'm wasting my time here!..” Goshiro states in an angrily manner as he leaned back carelessly. The final man spoke as he spoke in a light deep tone. “You know why we are here. We are dealing with serious business. As you already know I am Yumoto Reizo, Patriarch of the Reizo Family. Now we can get to business… So, Heijiyama-kun you already know why we called you here. Why kill the man?” Reizo said in a serious tone.

So, The only way for that to happen is for Heijiyama to turn himself in unless you can find the killer involved or someone who set you up.” Goshino said as he looked at both men. “Turn myself in? But, sir I never killed him-'' Heijiyama said before he was interrupted by Goshiro “Quit your whining and take it as a ture yakuza!” Then Kuze spoke up “Then the meeting is close Heijiyama you will have to turn yourself in. It's the easiest way to solve the problem at hand for the family.”
After the meeting Heijiyama and Kuroiryu were dismissed at Reina’s Bar. After hearing that Heijiyama had to go turn himself in, both men were determined. “So what are you going to do now?'' Kuroiryu said to Heijiyama. “Well What can I do? I could maybe go talk to Captain Hitotaka. If he can help that is.” Heijiyama said, “That might be possible, he might know something we don’t know. This might be our only opinion right now” Kuroiryu said. “Sure let’s go for it Brother” As Heijiyama said, he stood going towards the door with Kuroiryu heading to the Yami family office.
Only after a few hours they reach the family office at the edge of Tokyo city. Both Heijiyama and Kuroiryu enter the office asking for Captain Hitotaka. They were told that Captain Hitotaka was out doing some important business with other associates. “Associates? What do you mean?” Kuroiryu said with concern. “Well I don’t know much about the details but if you want to find him he's at some Chinese restaurant. “Why would he be there? Doing business. Heijiyama asked the man in a serious tone. “Well like I said I don’t have much details on this information. So please if you want to find him here’s his location.” As he writes down the location of Captain Hitotaka. “Then let’s go see the captain to witness what kind of business he has at a Chinese restaurant. Doesn’t seem right that he’s there in the 1st place. Not even in family territory so we should be careful.”

[Punishment]
''Expulsion and Exile/Banishment'' - you will receives a notice that you been "expelled" from the Tojo Clan. This is known as "hamonjo" and is meant to state that the recipient is no longer tied to the organization and is now for all intents a civilian. The thing about hamonjo is that is possible to reverse it. You'll be expected to be completely banished from the life, what's known as "zetsuenjo", an irreversible expulsion that would mean that even associating with members of the yakuza would result in severe hostilities.
For new families being establish we require you to change your faction's name and convert to the yakuza clan. We will provide you names and symbols to that represent your family.
Leaders of each faction will have the opportunity to become a major power with in the Tojo clan.

As the t.v shows a picture of the dead individual. Both Kuroiryu and Heijiyama knew that was the man from last night. "Oi….. this is bad," Kuroiryu said in a serious tone. "Yeah, I know, brother," Heijiyama said as he gathered his thoughts together.
Then suddenly, his pager pings. "Oi …… is it from HQ? Are they calling you in?" Kuroiryu said as he was concerned. "Yeah, they are calling me in," Heijiyama said as he stood up going to the bar's phone. As he begins to call HQ as the line rings. Someone picks up the call. "Did someone from HQ call me in?" Heijiyama said to the man on the phone. "Yeah, actually, three of the family lieutenants are here wanting to see you right away. I don't think it sounds good either." as the man states. "I understand that I'll be coming to HQ right away." Heijiyama said as he hung up. "So what's happening?" Kuroiryu said as he stood. "I'm going to HQ, and I assume it's about the dead men from yesterday," Heijiyama said as he walked out with Kuroiryu. After a few hours, they both reached the Kuro Family HQ building.
They stood outside the huge family office gate and there was trouble inside waiting for them. As they both approached the gate. The gate slowly opens and they are approached by their fellow Kuro family members as they are escorted into the family office. There they met the Kuro family lieutenants as they sat in a meeting room with only three seats and a long small fancy round table. There sitting down are Lieutenants as they begin to introduce themselves. The man sitting on the far left begins to introduce himself. “Hello Gentlemen as you may know I am Koshiro Kuze, Patriarch of the Kuze Family” Kuze, states after he finished. The man in black on the far left begins to speak. “Do I have to introduce myself …… Fine… I am Watase Goshiro, Patriarch of the Goshiro Family…. Can we get to the dam point?! I'm wasting my time here!..” Goshiro states in an angrily manner as he leaned back carelessly. The final man spoke as he spoke in a light deep tone. “You know why we are here. We are dealing with serious business. As you already know I am Yumoto Reizo, Patriarch of the Reizo Family. Now we can get to business… So, Heijiyama-kun you already know why we called you here. Why kill the man?” Reizo said in a serious tone.
Heijiyama stood tall and began to speak “Reizo-Aniki I assure you I didn’t kill the man I only gave him a lesson as I was told.” Then Goshiro spoke up “Hmm...then we gotta speak with the Captain of the Yami family before we can confirm. But, that doesn’t change the fact that one of our boys was involved.” Then Kuze spoke “So why is he here” as Kuze started looking over at Kuroiryu. “He witnessed everything despite the fact he is my sworn brother.” Heijiyama said. “It’s True sir I witnessed the whole thing happen Heijiyama only used his fist he had no peace with him.” Kuroiryo said as he looked at Heijiyama. “Well this is Something we must do before we cause trouble for the boss. So, The only way for that to happen is for Heijiyama to turn himself in unless you can find the killer involved or someone who set you up.” Goshino said as he looked at both men. “Turn myself in? But, sir I never killed him-'' Heijiyama said before he was interrupted by Goshiro “Quit your whining and take it as a ture yakuza!” Then Kuze spoke up “Then the meeting is close Heijiyama you will have to turn yourself in. It's the easiest way to solve the problem at hand for the family.”
After the meeting Heijiyama and Kuroiryu were dismissed at Reina’s Bar. After hearing that Heijiyama had to go turn himself in, both men were determined. “So what are you going to do now?'' Kuroiryu said to Heijiyama. “Well What can I do? I could maybe go talk to Captain Hitotaka. If he can help that is.” Heijiyama said, “That might be possible, he might know something we don’t know. This might be our only opinion right now” Kuroiryu said. “Sure let’s go for it Brother” As Heijiyama said, he stood going towards the door with Kuroiryu heading to the Yami family office.
Only after a few hours they reach the family office at the edge of Tokyo city. Both Heijiyama and Kuroiryu enter the office asking for Captain Hitotaka. They were told that Captain Hitotaka was out doing some important business with other associates. “Associates? What do you mean?” Kuroiryu said with concern. “Well I don’t know much about the details but if you want to find him he's at some Chinese restaurant. “Why would he be there? Doing business. Heijiyama asked the man in a serious tone. “Well like I said I don’t have much details on this information. So please if you want to find him here’s his location.” As he writes down the location of Captain Hitotaka. “Then let’s go see the captain to witness what kind of business he has at a Chinese restaurant. Doesn’t seem right that he’s there in the 1st place. Not even in family territory so we should be careful.”

Red Light District Tokyo, Japan 1982, January 5th, 9:25pm Friday. A Night in the shining city. People enjoy themselves at bars, clubs, and hotels. Behind all that enjoyment there's corruption, crime, and human trafficking among the underworld. The sound of footsteps as a man walks within the streets of Tokyo on a bright and busy night. As he wore a black and grey suit with a black overcoat as his collar is slightly unbuttoned; he flashes his small gold chain and silver watch as his hair is short and slicked back a bit.
He stood lurking around as he headed into an alleyway. Linking up with an old friend of his as he watched him knock a man out. He stood and slowly took a step and called out to him, "Oi Heijiyama, you done with the collection for the night?" he said as Heijiyama took the man's wallet, taking the money from it then tossing back the wallet on the dead beat. "Yeah, Kuroiryu, I just finished with my last run. Wanna head up to the family office before we hit up the bar?" Heijiyama said. Kuroiryu nods in agreement as they both take their time heading towards the family office.
"So, brother, when are you going to wear something flashy? We are Yakuza, and we must keep up with our image." as Heijiyama said. "Do you think what I wear is not enough?" Kuroiryu said as he took a look at what Heijiyama was wearing as he described it in his mind. Wearing a white suit with a white overcoat as he wore fancy white shoes with his long hair slick back. "I don't think I should change my style because I prefer not to stand out," Kuroiryu said. "If you say so but let me pick something out for you, it seems to stand like Captain Yami. Just because he is properly dressed doesn't mean you have to dress like him." Heijyama said.
"Oi, watch it, you know. The Captain is the one who got us here in this family, so give him respect while he's at it in the can." Kuroiryu said. You boys go have some fun. Here are your cuts of the money." Hirotaka said as he handed them both 5000 Yen each.
Both men respectfully left as they made their way towards a bar. As they walked within the small crowd of people wandering in the night. "Say, Kuroiryu, do you ever think about having a girlfriend soon?" Heijiyama said as he grinned a bit, "I personally am not interested in little things like that. As they both arrive at a bar called "Reina's Executive Lounge," they both walk in, taking a seat at the bar in a lovely bright room with a few fancy chairs and tables with gold color walls. As a woman appears and greets them, "Ah, it's Kuroiryu and Heijiyama. Would you like your usual?" As she said, grabbing them small glasses with a piece of huge round ice in them.
"I prefer my usual Mama(Mama is a term for female barkeepers)," Kuroiryu said. "Yeah, same here." as Heijiyama said after Kuroiryu. She grabs a small bottle and pours them both a glass as she gently hands them their drinks. "So Kuroiryu, you up for Karaoke? You said you'll be down for anything." Heijiyama said with a smile. Not really tho it's a Yakuza clan. It's not a cult it basically a organization of Yakuza doing business and mainly just doing what they can to support each other. This is mainly established with a system of families based off the actual Yakuza series with my research and efforts I made it so it would be made officially. In torn!

''Expulsion and Exile/Banishment'' - you will receives a notice that you been "expelled" from the Tojo Clan. This is known as "hamonjo" and is meant to state that the recipient is no longer tied to the organization and is now for all intents a civilian. The thing about hamonjo is that is possible to reverse it. You'll be expected to be completely banished from the life, what's known as "zetsuenjo", an irreversible expulsion that would mean that even associating with members of the yakuza would result in severe hostilities.
