How much is the limit on the bounty that you can put and still be refunded on the mission "Bounty on the Mutiny"

I accessing torn using a notebook and a trackpad (no mouse). There is no way to zoom out on the city map.
Paying 100 k a day until 5 stars.
In mozilla firefox - windows when using slots and muted in options there is a sound of when passing mouse over the mute button. When unmuted the only button that the same doesn't occurs is the mute button, it appear as the settings are reverted.
Unable to reproduce the bug while using microsofr Edge.

I just curious if this a bug.
I don't remember how i got the weapon Penelope.
Just is not from the Duke missions and it appear to be permanent and is sitting here in my inventory and its untradable.

I don't know if is this is exactly a bug, but it was bothering me a lot.
I am doing casino bets on the roulette for the merits. I usually put a bet and go to do another thing on the internet on another tab to not have to waste my time seeing the animation, i do the same thing with the slots.
But in the roulette appear that the animations don't play too well on the background, and is still playing sometimes when i back on the tab, making me have to wait a little.
The browser used is mozilla firefox
