Given the revelation that the DB created by KK was determined to be illegally created, due to a bug exploit, and the consensus is, according to the newspaper and a forum post by Bogie, it seems to me that a lot of us wasted Neumune tablets unnecessarily, at a great cost.
Since it has been indicated that everything is logged, I would think it would be easy to determine who it was, people such as myself, who used lots of Neumune to get out of the hospital due to radiation sickness as fallout from the DB.
It would seem fair that those affected be reimbursed for the cost incurred, as it should never have happened anyway - either reimbursed in cash or in new tablets to replace those that should never been used in the first place. No one (that I know of) would accidentally use a Neumune tablet, so any taken in the hours after the DB must have been taken because of the illegitimate DB.
Relentless had their respect restored, what about the rest of the Torn players who lost out because of this? It does not seem fair that Relentless, who also exploited a bug, merely get a slap on the wrist and restoration of what they lost, while the rest of Torn loses out on their hard earned money spent on tablets.
I recently purchased CarlosTheDwarf's Deadly Benelli M4 Super shotgun, with the aim of getting yet more attacking merits. He had been renting it out, see this forum post:
It got me (in one NPC fight) the Annihilation merit, the Obliterated merit, and the title of Damage Dealer. Last I looked, #13 in the HoF for Damage Dealt.
These merits are very easy to get with this weapon. When it procs, it deals 5x damage! So just attaining the merits is quite simple. I can provide a more detailed guide, but the simple steps are:
Use Hollow Point (+50% damage) or Incendiary (+40% damage) bullets if you have them available
Use Laser/Choke/Additional Magazines mods if you have them
If you are aiming to be in the HoF, and get the 'Damage Dealer' title, there are even more steps you can take:
Use an LSD (gives +30% Strength)
Use Hollow Point (+50% damage) bullets
Use Epinephrine (+500% Strength for 120 seconds)
Merits in Brawn (Up to a maximum of +30% Strength)
Use the Additional Magazines mod and Choke mod.
Merits in Critical Hit Rate
Merits in Shotgun Mastery
Be working in a 10* Gun Shop for at least 3 days (+10% damage)
Attack in NPC fights, and keep attacking as much as possible. To give you an idea of what strength you need - when I got my merits, my strength was my lowest stat, in the neighborhood of 200M. With the above perks - I did not have all of them - it was +650% during my fights.

When loaning out items from the armory, it would be very useful to be able to select the number of items loaned. This is especially useful for temps, such as smoke grenades. During warring, for instance, it is easy to go through temp after temp after temp, and having to go back to the armory each time, or spend time selecting Loan->Select Player->Select Loan->Select Loan again->Repeat that many times for loaning out 1 item, multiple times.
For items where there are multiples, can an option for the number of them to loan out be added, defaulting to 1?
I would find it very useful to add an option, "match exact phrase", the the forum search so I could for example, "high-low", without it matching on every instance of "high" and "low", individually, or as part of a word. Another example might be if I wanted to learn about how to cancel a trade, I could enter "cancel a trade" and not hit cancel, a, and trade individually, but only that exact phrase. I put in quotes here just to make it clear what my search terms were, but that might also not be a bad way to implement that option - I think that's how Google did it at one point, they may still. As opposed to a checkbox.
A regex solution would be even better but good luck trying to teach people how to use it :-)
I used to use YATA, from the Bazaar->Foreign Stock link. It's nice because if you click on the available stock, you get a graph that'll give you an idea of when it will likely refill. That may also be available on the travel page with TT if they query the YATA API, I haven't looked (I did now, doesn't seem to be). For example:
